• A former employee at its Bridgeville store has been selected as 84 Lumber’s 2017 Rookie of the Year. Mike Kamouyerou, a Pittsburgh native who joined the company last year, is co-manager of the Greenville, S.C., store. More than 20 nominees were chosen from 250-plus 84 Lumber stores nationwide.
• The North Strabane Township branch of Hilliard Lyons is now bearing the company’s new logo and signs along Adios Drive. The wealth-management firm, based in Louisville, Ky., unveiled a new logo with a golden pathway and a more modern typeface, replacing a logo that has been used since 1973.
