Tailgate party at Peters Twp. library

Peters Township Public Library will host a Steelers Tailgate Party with Chuck Finder, author of “The Steelers Encyclopedia,” from 6:30 to 8:15 p.m. April 24.

Finder was a sportswriter and columnist for the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette for 25 years. He covered the Steelers in Super Bowls XXX, XL and XLIII. He will share the Steelers’ history through firsthand accounts. “The Steelers Encyclopedia” will be available for purchase at the special event price of $22. (The book retails for $34.99.)
