Valley YMCA offering fitness programs
The MonValley YMCA will begin on Monday a new nine-week session of two fitness programs. They are:
• Balanced Body, which is composed of 15 different disciplines to accommodate all fitness levels, including group cycle, yoga, core strength, cardio combo, low-impact aerobics, cardio kick, basic training, intervals and basic strength, which are designed for moderate- to high-intensity participants. For active older adults and beginners, yoga, cardio, circuit, senior swing, walking, muscular strength and range of motion are available.
• Zumba, which is offered eight times each week.
