Remy – Darnley
Hugh Jr. and Dawn Darnley of Douglasville, Ga., announce the engagement of their daughter, Brittany Renee, to Brandon Robert Remy, son of Steve and Diane Remy of Woodstock, Ga.
The future bride’s grandparents are Patricia Darnley of Linesville, the late Hugh Darnley Sr. and Robert A. and Martha C. Johnston of Hiram, Ga.
Brittany is a 2007 graduate of Hiram High School and a 2012 graduate of Liberty University, Lynchburg, Va., where she earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and Christian counseling. She is a professional nanny in Roswell, Ga.
The future groom is a 2008 graduate of Etowah High School, Cartersville, Ga. and is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in religion and theology at Liberty University. He is a youth minister at Douglas First United Methodist Church, Douglas, Ga.
A December wedding is being planned.
