At Full Gospel Church, California, Beverly Bonnell will be installed as pastor by the Northwest District Presbytery of the International Fellowship of Christian Assemblies at 5 p.m. Sunday. A reception will follow. Bonnell graduated in 1972 from Johnson Bible College in Knoxville, Tenn. In 1980, she and her husband, Lgene moved to California, where they pastored at Full Gospel Church. About four years ago, the couple began pastoring at Daisytown United Presbyterian Church. She has worked at Powerex Inc. in Youngwood for 16 years.
Grace Brethren Church of Washington, 4 Waynesburg Road, welcomes Pastor Tom Ricker as its senior pastor. Ricker’s pastoral work has taken him to Ohio and Vermont, as well as India. He and his wife, Janelle, have been married for 12 years. The church also will hold a Wednesday night Prophecy and Prayer service in which participants will study texts of the Bible and consider what implications they have today.
