Helen Kinder of Washington will celebrate her 101st birthday with a family get-together and card shower. Cards can be mailed to Mrs. Kinder at 13 Mabel Drive, Washington, PA 15301.

She was born January 15, 1912, in Washington County.

In February of 1932, she married Isaac Kinder, who is deceased.

She has one daughter, Norma Mounts of Washington. She also has three grandchildren, Alan Mounts, Larry Mounts and Janet Bebout, seven great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Kinder enjoys watching television and previously enjoyed reading and going to church and the grange.

She is a member of Claysville United Methodist Church and Buffalo Grange.
