Shrum – 100 years
Lena Shrum of Washington celebrated her 100th birthday with her family.
She was born January 8, 1913, in Washington.
The late Harold Shrum was her husband.
Her children are Harold Shrum (Sharon) of Toms River, N.J., Barbara Moyer (Frank) of Washington and the late Mae Fine.
She has nine grandchildren, Bret Fine, Todd Fine, Mark Moyer, Amy Moyer, Holly Kerwin, Heather Malloy, Deborah Moyer, Maria Moyer and Jennifer Moyer; and 18 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Shrum always enjoyed working in her garden and crocheting things for her family. In recent years, her biggest joy was attending family events and watching her great-grandchildren play.
