Monongahela Valley Hospital’s Center for Diabetes and Endocrinology is sponsoring Healthy Eating Supermarket Tours at Healthy Directions Exclusively at Giant Eagle in Finleyville.

Participants will learn how to choose foods at their local supermarket to manage a healthier lifestyle.

Tours will be conducted at the Giant Eagle in Finleyville by health-care professionals as follows:

• Feb. 6, 1 to 3 p.m. – Heart Healthy Eating;

• March 26, 1 to 4 p.m. – Diabetes Alert Day: Diabetes Risk Screening;

• April 11, 3 to 5 p.m. – High Blood Pressure: Your Salt and Sodium Intake;

• May 7, 1 to 3 p.m. – Picnic Foods.

The tours and programs are free, but space is limited. Registration is required by calling 724-258-1483.
