Kidney classes at Wellness Center
Kidney Smart classes will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. the first Tuesday of each month, Aug. 6 through Feb. 4 at the Wilfred R. Cameron Wellness Center, conference room B, Washington.
The class on Dec. 3 will be held from 2 to 4 p.m.
The free classes will address the kidneys’ function, recognizing early signs of kidney disease, ways to better manage diet and health and treatment options for chronic kidney disease.
