Keith and Melinda Chojnicki of Spraggs announce the engagement of their daughter, Karyn, to Jeremiah Moore, son of Helen Moore of Spraggs and the late James Moore.

The future bride’s grandparents are Anthony and Mary Lou Chojnicki and Douglas Ruggles, all of Pittsburgh, and the late Barbara Ruggles.

Jeremiah’s grandparent is Frances Moore of Spraggs.

Karyn is a 2009 graduate of Waynesburg Central High School and a 2013 graduate of Waynesburg University with a bachelor of arts degree in early childhood and special education. She is working as a day-care teacher in Canonsburg.

The groom-to-be is a 2007 graduate from Waynesburg Central High School. He is a heavy equipment operator for K&R Services in Kirby.
