Calabro – 90 years
Josephine Calabro of Washington will celebrate her 90th birthday with relatives.
She was born June 18, 1923, in Washington.
On February 21, 1946, she married Bruno J. Calabro, who died in 1989.
She has four children, Patsy (Denise) Calabro of Washington, Tina (David Steidl) Calabro of Pittsburgh, Cathi (Sam) Lombardo of Washington and Cara (Ken) Lytton of Claysville.
Her grandchildren are David Calabro, Pasquale Calabro and Alyese Calabro, Paul Steidl, Rachel Lytton, JoBeth Lytton, Mark Steidl, Carly Lombardo and Aaron Lytton. She has four great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Calabro is a longtime member of Our Lady of Miraculous Medal Church, Meadow Lands, where she is active in the Christian Mothers group. She is a retired merchandise buyer for G.C. Murphy Co. at Washington Mall and enjoys gardening.
