Sworden – Bushta
Richard and Patty Bushta of Clarksville announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer, to Nicholas Sworden, son of Frank and Karen Sworden of Washington.
Jennifer’s grandparents are the late Leslie and Eva Bushta and the late Dr. Forrest and Mary Burkett.
The future groom’s grandparents are the late Mike and Joan Sworden and the late Glenn and Helen Ward.
The future bride is a 1999 graduate of Jefferson-Morgan High School and a 2003 graduate of Waynesburg University, where she earned a bachelor of science degree in nursing. She is a registered nurse at Washington Hospital.
Her fiance is a 2002 graduate of Trinity High School and a 2006 graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan College, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in physical education and health. He is employed by Peak Oilfield Services.
The couple are planning a wedding for the anniversary of the day they met, Sept. 21.
