Thompson – Armstrong
Norman and Denise Thompson of Carmichaels announce the engagement of their son, Ryan, to Kristen Armstrong, daughter of Robert and Terri Armstrong of Glenmoore.
His grandparents are Robert and Charlene Vance, Mary Thompson and the late Norman Thompson.
Her grandparents are Anne Armstrong, the late Wallace Armstrong and the late Michael and Eleanor Minetti.
Ryan is a 2004 graduate of Carmichaels Area High School; a 2008 graduate of Hillsdale College, where he earned a bachelor of arts degree in political science and history; and a 2011 graduate of Villanova University School of Law. He is legal counsel for De Lage Landen in Wayne.
Kristen is a 2006 graduate of Downingtown West High School and a 2010 graduate of Kutztown University, where she earned a bachelor of arts in elementary education and early childhood education. She is a preschool teacher with the Malvern School in Lionville.
A June 21, 2014, wedding is planned at St. Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church in Beach Haven, N.J., with a reception to follow at DaddyO restaurant in Beach Haven.
