Diabetes classes at Canonsburg hospital

Canonsburg General Hospital will present free diabetes education classes from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Wednesdays in May in the hospital’s McNary conference room.

Classes will be taught by certified health-care providers and will include:

• May 7 – Introduction to Diabetes; Monitoring and Managing Your Diabetes;

• May 14 – Dietary Management of Diabetes; Benefits of Exercise;

• May 21 – Managing Diabetes and Insulin;

• May 28 – Preventing Eye Complications; Foot Care.
