YMCA to begin new fitness session
The Mon Valley YMCA will begin a new session of group fitness classes Monday.
Balanced Body has 46 weekly classes for those 14 and older. There is a class suitable for every fitness level to increase strength, stamina, flexibility, balance and agility.
Zumba for those 12 and older is available for beginners and intermediate participants.
Boot Camp for 5- to 8-year-olds will be held Mondays and Wednesdays, and Boot Camp for 8- to 13-year-olds will be held Wednesdays.
Tai Chi for senior citizens, beginners and advanced participants will be held Mondays and Thursdays.
Water exercise programs, including low-intensity and higher-intensity classes, will begin May 12.
