Giesting – Winters
William and Joyce Winters of Waynesburg announce the engagement of their daughter, Meredith, to Matthew Giesting, son of Terrance and Rosann Giesting of West Chester, Ohio.
Meredith’s grandparents are Margaret Wiley Morgan of Waynesburg, the late Richard V. Morgan and the late William and Alice Winters.
His grandparents are Harry and Evelyn Kolter of Batesville, Ind., and the late Albert and Josephine Giesting.
The bride-to-be is a 2006 graduate of Waynesburg Central High School and a 2011 graduate of the University of Cincinnati’s College of Design, Art, Architecture and Planning, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial design. She is completing a certificate of fashion design from Massachusetts College of Art and Design and works as a headwear designer for the NBA at Adidas.
The future groom is a 2007 graduate of Saint Xavier High School in Cincinnati and a 2012 graduate of the University of Cincinnati’s College of Design, Art, Architecture and Planning, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in graphic design. Matthew is a designer for Advertising for Humanity in Cambridge, Mass.
The couple plan an Oct. 25 wedding.
