Richard and Kathleen Baker of Glen Allen, Va., announce the engagement of their daughter, Katryna, to Aaron Stein, son of Irvin and Patricia Stein of Henrico, Va.

Katryna’s grandparents are David and Carole of Fernandina Beach, Fla., Vera Scholl of North Strabane and the late Robert Scholl.

Aaron’s grandparents are Donald Cornwell of Henrico, the late Dixie Cornwell, Francis Stein of Henrico and the late Julian Stein.

The bride-to-be is a 2008 graduate of J.R. Tucker High School, Richmond, Va., and a 2012 graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, where she earned a bachelor of science in biology. She is employed as a research lab technician at VCU in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology.

The future groom is a 2008 graduate of J.R. Tucker High School and a 2013 graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a bachelor of science in sociology. He is employed as an optical lab technician at Eyemart Express.

A June 2015 wedding is planned.
