McGuffey accepting youngsters for program
McGuffey High School is seeking preschoolers 4 and 5 years old for its child development class.
High school students enrolled in the class will plan, prepare and present various activities and learning experiences. Activities will include crafts, songs, games and story time.
Cost is $25. Classes will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 12:50 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, April 14 through June 6, in the high school’s family and consumer science suite.
Enrollment is limited to McGuffey residents on a first-come, first-serve basis. To register, visit the high school office between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. by April 1. For more information, call 724-948-3328, ext. 4124, or email dicksonr@mcguffey.K12.pa.us.
