Mohr–Morton
Hans and Laura Mohr of Carmichaels announce the engagement of their son, Logan, to Jasmine Morton, daughter of Mike Carpenter and Joyce Morton of Webster Springs, W.Va.
Jasmine’s grandparents are Bato and Gwen Carpenter of Cowen, W.Va., and the late Ray and Rachel Helmick. His grandparents are John and Marcia Kaye Schultz of Carmichaels and the late Adolph and Meta Mohr.
The bride-to-be is a 2004 graduate of Webster County High School, Upperglade, W.Va., a 2007 graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan College, Buckhannon, W.Va., and member of Alpha Xi Delta Sorority, and a 2010 graduate of West Virginia University College of Law, Morgantown, W.Va. She is an assistant prosecutor in Braxton County, W.Va.
The future groom is a 2004 graduate of Carmichaels High School and a 2007 graduate of Penn State Fayette. He is a member of the West Virginia State Police.
The couple plan a May 30, 2015, wedding.
