Andrew Starcevic, a 2011 graduate of Canon-McMillan High School, has been named by the administration at California University of Pennsylvania to the National Society of Leadership and Success, Sigma Alpha Pi. Selection to Sigma Alpha Pi, a select leadership honor society, was earned by Starcevic’s academic accomplishment and leadership potential. Starcevic has achieved multiple dean’s list placements as a student-athlete studying communications and finance. He is the son of Lisa and Greg Starcevic of North Strabane Township.
