West End Neighborhood Watch Chapter I will meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday at West Washington United Methodist Church.

South Side Historical Village Association will host an Antique Fair and Auction from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday at Hookstown Fairgrounds. Table space is free for those who have antiques or collectibles to sell, but participants must provide their own tables. There will be vendors available for appraisals for a $5 donation. Auction items also will be accepted on consignment. South Strabane Fire Department will hold a vendor/craft show fundraiser from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday at South Strabane Fire Department, 172 Oak Spring Road, Washington. There will be local vendors, crafters, food and raffle baskets. Proceeds will help the fire department purchase a new water tanker.

Washington County Planning Commission will hold a meeting for landowners interested in preserving their farmland and applying for the county easement purchase program at 5 p.m. Sept. 17 in the Washington County Conservation District office, 2800 N. WOMEN of Southwestern Pennsylvania Inc. will host their first social of 2014-15 on Sept. 18 at Franco’s Trattoria, 4120 Washington Road, Canonsburg. Women’s Business Network, Bethel Park Chapter, will hold a Fall Networking Open House from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Sept. 18 at the Bethel Park Municipal Building, 5100 W. Ladies of Charity and youth group from St. Francis of Assisi and Interfaith of Finleyville will hold their third annual roast beef dinner from 3 to 6:30 p.m. Sept. 21 in Finley Hall to benefit the Finleyville Food Pantry. There also will be a 50/50 drawing and a Chinese auction. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children 10 and younger.
