Book Fair and Unique Gifts sale will be held from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday and Friday in the community room at Washington Hospital. All proceeds will benefit the Washington Health System.

St. Thomas More Arts & Crafts Festival will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 4 at 126 Fort Couch Road, across from South Hills Village. Washington Business and Professional Women’s Club is holding a bra drive for victims of domestic violence. Kelly Young of Domestic Violence Services of Southwestern Pennsylvania will collect the bras at the Oct. 8 meeting, which will begin at 5:30 p.m. at Southside Restaurant on South Main Street, Washington. The club also will participate in the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, which will be held Oct. 18 at Consol Energy Park.
