The Beth Israel board of directors will hold a special presentation for people with documents and photographs depicting Jewish life in small towns throughout Western Pennsylvania at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Beth Israel Library.

Susan Melnick, director of the Small Town Jewish History Project, will speak at the beginning of the meeting, then meet with anyone interested in offering documents and photographs to be preserved through the project for use in research.

Anyone who wants more information or has documents or photographs from their collections to offer to the project may speak with Melnick after her presentation.

Those who planto meet with Melnick after her presentation are asked to call the Beth Israel office at 724-225-7080 by Monday.
