Rhome are sponsoring a free community shredding event from 9 a.m. to noon May 2 in the parking lot of Neuman’s constituent service office, 1825 Washington Road. Items that should be shredded include credit card statements, credit card applications, bank statements, canceled checks, income tax information, insurance records and retirement or pension fund information.
