A.D. White Research Society to hold annual program

The A.D. White Research Society will hold its annual program at 11 a.m. May 9 in the main building at Meadowcroft Museum of Rural Life.

Sandy Mansmann of the Washington County History and Landmarks Foundation will discuss the foundation’s project to document the “Forgotten Churches of Washington County.” Some of the church buildings still exist with other uses, and some church graveyards still exist.

The event is free, and food will be available.
