4-H Benefit Auction at Washington County Fairgrounds

The 2015 4-H Benefit Auction will begin at 4 p.m. Thursday at the show tent at the Washington County Fairgrounds.

The event fully supports the 4-H program of Washington County, one of the largest youth development programs in the country with nearly 1,000 youth involved. Programs sponsored by 4-H include leadership development activities, life-skill programs and regional and state educational competitions.

Some of the items to be auctioned off are tickets to the Carnegie Science Museum, lottery trees and boards, Pirate tickets, passes to the Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium, store and restaurant certificates, toys, craft items, pet and livestock supplies, back-to-school supplies, health/beauty items and gift baskets.
