GACO receives grant of $212,215
The Government Agency Coordination Office, sponsored by California University of Pennsylvania, was awarded a grant of $212,215 from the Defense Logistics Agency of Fort Belvoir, Va.
The federal grant will support continuing contracting assistance services to area businesses from Sept. 1, 2015, to Aug. 31, 2016.
GACO is a Procurement Technical Assistance Center that helps businesses interested in pursuing federal, state and local government contracts and subcontracts. The main GACO office is located at Cal U., and satellite offices are located in Pittsburgh and at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. All offices help businesses sell their products and services to the government.
