Fill the Box Truck for Toys for Tots will be held from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday at Toys R Us, Washington. The second annual event is sponsored by 7-year-old Colby Jeffrey of South Strabane Township, who collected 400 toys during last year’s inaugural drive. New, unwrapped toys will be accepted.
Western Pennsylvania Lensshooters Camera Club will meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday at Peters Township Public Library. Scott Davidson will discuss his photography of Paris, France. A full-time fine art photographer, Davidson displays his work at art festivals and galleries throughout the Midwest and East. East Finley Park Light-Up Night will be held from 5 to 9 p.m. Dec. 12, with fireworks beginning at 9.
Fairhill Manor Christian Church, 351 Montgomery Ave., Washington, will hold a drive-through nativity from 6 to 8 p.m. Dec. 12 and Dec. 13. Hundreds of luminaries will light the pathway.
Canonsburg United Presbyterian Church will hold its eighth annual Christmas Laser Spectacular at 6 and 7:30 p.m. Dec. 18 and 6 p.m. Dec. 19. The family-friendly show features a laser show by Lightwave International and holiday music. All money from ticket sales helps local missions and families in need. Tickets are available online at www.canonsburgup.org and can be purchased in the church office weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Suggested donation is $10 for adults and $5 for children.
