Christ the Redeemer Diaper Pantry, 120 E. College St., Canonsburg, will hold a diaper distribution day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday,. Fifty free diapers per child and wipes and creams will be given to WIC or SNAP cardholders who provide a photo ID and a birth certificate for each child. For more information, call 724-745-0685.
South Hills Chorale will perform a holiday concert at 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday at Westminster Church on Washington Road in Upper St. Clair. Tickets are $15 and are available in advance through chorale members or by calling Pat Moraytis at 412-221-9109. Tickets also will be available at the door. Verizon Wireless is holding its “Hope for the Holidays Toy Drive.” The drive benefits several groups, including Domestic Violence Services of Southwestern Pennsylvania in Washington. Donations can be made through Thursday at participating Verizon stores during business hours. Donated gifts may include coloring books, crayons, board games, cars/trucks, dolls, action figures, stuffed animals, arts and crafts kits and G-rated DVDs. Donations must be new, packaged and unwrapped. Participating locations include stores at South Hills Village and Washington Crown Center.
