AARP to offer free tax preparation
AARP will offer free tax preparation at the following sites:
• McDonald Cecil Senior Community Center, 3599 Millers Run Road, Cecil, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, Feb. 2 to April 14, by appointment. Call Naomi Bistarkey at 724-743-1827.
• Heritage Public Library, 52 Fourth St., McDonald, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesdays, Feb. 4 to April 8, by appointment. Call Becky at 724-926-8400 or email heritagelibrary@comcast.net.

Tax counselors are trained by the Internal Revenue Service and the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue, and are able to complete federal, state, local and Pennsylvania Property Tax and Rental Rebates. All returns will be electronically submitted. Taxpayers will receive a copy of each return for their records.
