Kade receives Bronze National Quality Award

Kade Health and Rehabilitation Center in Washington has received the 2015 Bronze National Quality Award for its high-quality care programs that aid frail, elderly and disabled individuals who need long-term skilled nursing and patients who require short-term rehabilitative services for complex medical needs.

The award, which honors skilled nursing and post-acute care facilities that have demonstrated their commitment to improving quality care for seniors and individuals with disabilities, was announced by the American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living, the nation’s leading associations for skilled nursing centers.

Kade was among 34 nursing centers in Pennsylvania and 550 facilities nationwide to receive the award. Kade is a member of Pennsylvania-based Reliant Senior Care.
