Fairmount Cemetery Co., East Finley Township, is holding its annual spring cleanup. Owners must have their winter decorations removed by Saturday. For more information, call Janice Jones at 724-663-4777.

Bentleyville United Methodist Men and Women will hold a vegetable and chicken soup sale from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday at the church, 712 Main St., Bentleyville. Cost is $5 for soup, bread and dessert. Claysville Christian Church, Church Street, will hold a chicken-and-biscuit dinner from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday. Dinner includes creamed chicken over biscuit, mashed potatoes, green beans, coleslaw, dessert and beverage. A freewill offering will be collected, and takeout will be available.

Golden Triangle Decorative Painters will meet Sunday at the Finleyville I.O.O.F. Hall, 3684 Finleyville-Elrama Road. Doors open at 9 a.m., and class will begin at 9:30, with the business meeting and lunch starting at 12:30 p.m. Rosemary Habers will teach how to paint a bunny on a wooden box. Martha Washington Garden Club will host speaker Doug Oster at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at Laboratory Presbyterian Church, 33 Manse St., Washington. The horticulturist, journalist and TV personality will share tips on soil preparation and getting gardens ready for the season. New gardeners are welcome.

City Mission will celebrate a grand reopening of its Washington Hidden Treasures store, Washington and West Beau Streets, Washington, at 10 a.m. Tuesday. Everything will be on sale, and the store will feature a St. Patrick’s Day theme.

Washington Camera Club will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday in Room 104, Courthouse Square. The program, “Recovering-An Almost Perfect Picture,” will be presented by Rich Kolson.
