American Legion Hunt-Kennedy Post 639 of Claysville recently honored eighth-graders in the McGuffey School District for their courage, honor, leadership, patriotism, scholarship and service.

Honorees are:

• Christian Clutter, son of Georgia Gaudi and Chad Clutter;

• Italo DeLuca, son of Benjamin and Alisha DeLuca;

• Anna Ferraro, daughter of James and Tracy Ferraro;

• Lauren Hoge, daughter of Paul and Julia Hoge;
