Luncheons are held from noon to 2 p.m. the second Wednesday of each month at the Community Recreation Center in Peterswood Park. There is entertainment and a speaker or an interactive activity. The event is free, but participants are asked to bring a covered dish or dessert to share. The November topic is “The Wright House and Early Settlers”; December, holiday celebration; and Jan. 13, “Nutrition with Robin: Overcoming Information Overload.” For more information, call 724-942-5000.
Holy Rosary Church, 1 Orchard Street, Muse, will hold a vendor show from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday. There will be more than 20 vendors and a Chinese auction. Christian Mothers will hold a bake sale.
