Trevor Arrigoni of Canonsburg and Anthony Groves of Washington were among 16 students who recently were honored during the annual Spring Recognition and Awards Banquet at Westminster College. The banquet recognized students enrolled in the college’s mathematics, computer science, computer information systems, physics and engineering physics programs. Arrigoni, a graduate of Canon-McMillan High School, is a sophomore majoring in mathematics. He received the Paul E. Brown Memorial Scholarship. His parents are Regis and Sally Arrigoni. Groves, a graduate of Trinity High School, is a junior majoring in computer science. He was awarded the Harriet Jackson Sarver Scholarship. His parents are Keith and Debra Groves. Award winners were chosen by the faculty and were determined by strong academic records, enthusiasm for major subject and participation in program events.
