Employment law workshop at Monongahela Valley Hospital

The Pittsburgh Human Resources Association will conduct a workshop on new employment law trends, as well as recent decisions issued by federal and state courts that could change the way in which employers do business, from 8 to 10 a.m. Aug. 30 in the Anthony M. Lombardi Education Conference Center at Monongahela Valley Hospital.

Speakers will include Christian Antkowiak and Jaime Tuite from Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC. The workshop will provide assistance to companies, nonprofits, educational institutions, governmental agencies and pseudo-governmental agencies. Those who would benefit most are executives, managers, supervisors, risk managers, benefit specialists, business owners, general managers, financial managers, human resource managers/administration and health information managers.
