Community Action Southwest’s Home Ownership Center was honored by the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency as Best Agency at a recent awards luncheon in Harrisburg.

The award acknowledges the effectiveness of the overall performance of the comprehensive housing counseling programs at CAS.
