Thomas – 100 years
Mary Edna Neil Thomas celebrated her 100th birthday February 14 with a reception given by her daughters at Hillside Chapel, Presbyterian SeniorCare, Washington, for friends and family.
Washington County Commissioners Harlan Shober and Larry Maggi presented Mrs. Thomas with a Washington County proclamation celebrating her centennial year.
Mrs. Thomas was born February 14, 1916, in Hickory.
On July 25, 1934, she married Raymond Howard Thomas, who is deceased.
She has four children, Mary Ann Ostovic, Betty Eileen Camden and the late Raymond Miller and Alvin Neil.
