TRIPIL receives $25,000 grant from the FISA Foundation

Tri-County Patriots for Independent Living has been awarded a $25,000 grant by the FISA Foundation for its capital campaign to renovate the former YWCA Building at 42 W. Maiden St., Washington.

“The FISA Foundation grant is important to our organization,” said TRIPIL CEO Kathleen Kleinmann. “These grant funds will enable us to continue renovations within our new headquarters.”

TRIPIL was founded in 1990 and serves people with disabilities throughout Southwestern Pennsylvania. The mission of the organization is to affirm liberty and justice for all people with disabilities.

The mission of the FISA Foundation is to build a culture of respect and improve the quality of life for women, girls and people with disabilities in Southwestern Pennsylvania.
