Boatwright – Augustine
George and Deborah Augustine of Cecil announce the engagement of their daughter, Megan, to Brandon Boatwright, son of Frank and Susan Boatwright of Lexington, S.C.
The bride-to-be is a 2004 graduate of Canon-McMillan High School, a 2008 graduate of Allegheny College, Meadville, and a 2013 graduate of Duke University in Durham, N.C., where she earned her master’s degree. She is an ordained minister in the United Methodist church and serves as pastor of Spiritual Formation at Clemson United Methodist Church in Clemson, S.C.
The future groom is a 2007 graduate of Lexington High School, Lexington, S.C., and a 2010 and 2013 graduate of Clemson University, where he earned his master’s degree. He is a faculty member in the Department of Communication Studies at Clemson University and director of the university’s Social Media Listening Center.
A July 23 wedding in Greenville, S.C., is planned.
