Leta – 90 years
Betty Leta of Hanson, Mass., formerly of Washington, will celebrate her 90th birthday with a luncheon with family and friends at home in Hanson.
She was born March 18, 1926, in Millbrook.
On August 24, 1947, she married Paul E. Leta.
Her daughter is Kathy Leta McCarthy of Hanson. She has one grandchild, Elizabeth McCarthy.
Mrs. Leta retired from Trinity High School as a cafeteria worker. She was a seamstress, piano player and is still an avid reader. She also was an active member of First Church of the Nazarene, Washington, and is a member of South Weymouth Church of the Nazarene in Massachusetts.
