At the annual Mr. Wash High prom fashion show, held March 6 at Washington High School, varsity cheerleaders and seniors modeled dresses and tuxedos from Sorelle Bridal as a fundraiser.

The gym was set up like a park pathway, with benches, lampposts and flowers all covered in white fairy lights. Each pair of students took a walk around the gym, modeling a variety of dresses and tuxedos.

While the cheerleaders modeled one round of dresses, the senior models were escorted around the gymnasium twice, wearing a different dress for each trip.

Applause from the audience erupted as the girls and their escorts passed by, decked out in fancy attire, with hair and makeup done by Bon Ton Hair Salon, Regis Salon, Knupp’s Barbershop’s Kim Kelly, Hairess, Amanda’s Expressions, Great Clips, Studio Seven, Snips n Tips, Natalie’s Younique Imagination and Melvette Y. Greene. Photos of the students were taken by Randall Roberts Portraits.

Toward the end of the show, host Treg Campbell introduced the two Mr. Wash High contestants, Kurt Adkins and Jordan West, who performed a dance in the center of the gym.
