The movie “Ben Hur” will be shown at 3 p.m. Sunday in the social hall at St. Cecilia’s Church, 571 Grindstone Road, Grindstone. The event is sponsored by the partner parishes of St. Peter and St. Cecilia.
Brownsville Area Middle and High School soccer players are selling pepperoni rolls from That’s a Wrap Café to raise money for soccer camp. Rolls are $2 each, and delivery is April 5. Orders can be placed with any soccer play or by contacting Kim Ruffcorn at 724-963-6177 or ruffcorns5@verizon.net.
West End Neighborhood Watch will host Mayor Scott Putnam and police Chief Robert Wilson at 7 p.m. Wednesday at West Washington United Methodist Church, 625 Fayette St. Refreshments will be served.
Book sale will be held from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday in the conference rooms at Washington Hospital. Sponsored by the Washington Hospital Auxiliary.
Center in the Woods will host an Easter vendor show and party at 10 a.m. Friday. In addition, the center’s choir will present its spring concert at 11 a.m.
Blainesburg Bible Church, 104 Fourth Blvd., Brownsville, will show “The War Room” at 6 p.m. April 3.
Christian Mothers and Guild at St. Patrick Parish, Canonsburg, will meet at 7 p.m. April 6 in the cafeteria. Lynne Thompson, educator and volunteer coordinator at the Pennsylvania Trolley Museum, will be guest speaker.
