St. Damien Church in Monongahela will hold a doughnut sale from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and 8 a.m. to noon Sunday. Cake donuts are $8 per dozen.
Claysville United Methodist Church will hold a Strawberry Festival from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. June 11. Menu includes chicken and ham barbecue sandwiches, hot dogs with Shorty’s sauce, cabbage and noodles, baked beans, salad and strawberries with cake and ice cream or whipped cream. Takeout orders will be available; call 724-663-4439 the day of the festival.
