‘Movies on Mat’ new yoga series at YMCA
The Mon Valley YMCA will begin a new yoga series, “Movies on the Mat,” April 21 in the activity hall.
The event will start at 6 p.m. with an easy 45-minute yoga class with a Harry Potter theme. After the class, “Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone” will be shown. Harry Potter-themed desserts and butterbeer will be served.
Instructor will be Brittany Mucy.
Participants should bring their own mat; there is a limited amount available at the Y. Wands will be sold during the event. Cash only will be accepted.
Children 12 and 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Cost is $10 for members and $15 for nonmembers. Register online at www.monvalleyymca.org, in the business office of the Y or by calling 724-483-8077.
