Old Schoolhouse Players will hold auditions for “My Fair Lady” from 1 to 4 p.m. today and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday in the Mt. Pleasant Township Community Center, 20 Wabash Ave., Hickory. There will be cold readings from the script. Singers should prepare 32 bars of music. Bring a résumé and head shot if available. No appointments are necessary.

Designer Apparel and Footwear Show, sponsored by the Washington Hospital Auxiliary, will be held from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday and 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday in the hospital’s community room. PetSearch will host a free dog safety seminar from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in Room 103 of Courthouse Square, 100 W. Beau St., Washington. The seminar is for everyone who owns or encounters dogs on the job and will cover expectations of newly acquired dogs, safety protocols, transporting rescues, red flags in behavior, fearful dogs, defusing threatening dogs, how to defend yourself, equipment and resources and first responder tips. A Paint N’ Sip Party will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Hillsview Chapel at Presbyterian SeniorCare, 835 S. Main St., Washington. Spaghetti dinner fundraiser will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Crosskeys Human Services Inc.’s Brownsville Senior Center, 302 Shaffner Ave. Dinner is $7 for adults and $3 for children 12 and younger. Takeout will be available. To place orders, call 724-785-6180, ext. 12.

Peters Township Police Department and the Drug Enforcement Administrationwill hold a Drug Take Back Event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 29 at the following locations in McMurray: Rite Aid Pharmacy, 4185 Washington Road; Giant Eagle, 4017 Washington Road; Market District, 2840 Washington Road; Heisler’s Market, 601 East McMurray Road. Rid your home of potentially dangerous expired, unused and unwanted prescription drugs by dropping off your pills at any location listed above. The DEA cannot accept liquids, needles or sharps, only pills or patches. The service is free and anonymous, no questions asked.
