Dr. Laurel Stollar Sprague, daughter of Bill and Dee Stollar of West Alexander and the late Shirlee Minch Stollar, has earned a doctorate in health care administration from Capella University. Sprague is a 1988 graduate of McGuffey High School and earned her Bachelor of Science in medical technology from West Liberty State College in 1992. She completed her Master of Science in clinical laboratory sciences at the University of Pittsburgh in 1998. She is a laboratory process consultant with Roche Diagnostics and lives in Missouri with her husband, Jared.
