Dessert will feature pears poached in Christian Klay wines and served with whipped mascarpone and coulis and chocolate whiskey cake.

Music will be provided by Shelly McCombie, along with the 1st Virginia Regiment Encampment and the Bloody Dirk 18th-Century Tavern. Weather permitting, a bonfire also will be held.

Cost is $75 and includes appetizers and the main course, plus three complimentary tickets for beer or wine. Tickets must be purchased in advance by calling 724-437-9877. Dress is casual.
