Koman – 50 years
Dennis and Edwina Koman of Washington celebrated their golden wedding anniversary with family and friends at a dinner at the Washington Country Club.
Mr. and Mrs. Koman were married July 22, 1967, at St. Patrick Church in Canonsburg.
They have one daughter, Denice Payton of Martins Ferry, Ohio.
Their grandchildren are John and Kayla Payton.
Mr. Koman worked for 10 years for McGraw Edison and retired after 20 years of service from the American Legion Rehabilitation office in Pittsburgh.
Mrs. Koman worked for more than 20 years with Hills and Ames Department stores. She retired after working 11 years for the American Legion Rehabilitation office in Pittsburgh.
Mr. and Mrs. Koman are members of American Legion Post 175 and are very active in serving veterans. They are members of St. Hilary Church of Washington.
