Fleischmann – Rice
Alexandra Rice and Keith Fleischmann were united in marriage on October 14, 2017, at North Ten Mile Baptist Church in Amity. The Rev. Dr. Gary Schneider officiated the 2:30 p.m. ceremony.
The bride’s parents are Karl and Denise Rice of Washington. Her grandparents are Scott and Joyce Paul of Washington, and Mary and the late Robert Rice Sr., also of Washington.
Parents of the bridegroom are Jerry and Kathy Fleischmann of Elkridge, Md. His grandparents are the late John and Genevieve Shaab, and the late Joseph and Alice Fleischmann.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
Maid of honor was Meghan Cunningham of Denver, Colo. Matron of honor was Adrienne Tharp of Waynesburg. Bridesmaids were Britany Perkins of Monroeville, and Olivia Davis of Johnson City, Tenn.
Jesse Klipp of Nutley, N.J., served as best man. Groomsmen were Michael Tharp of Waynesburg, Andrew Shingle of Sewickley and Christopher McPherson of Wheeling, W.Va.
Readers were Ty Ross of Elkridge, Md., and Olivia Ross, also of Elkridge and goddaughter of the groom.
Providing the music were violinist Pete Zatezalo of Arlington, Va., and pianist Diane Lindley of Washington.
The bride is a 2010 graduate of Trinity High School. In 2016 she received her doctorate degree in pharmacy from the West Virginia School of Pharmacy in Morgantown. She is employed as a pharmacist.
Mr. Fleischmann is a 2004 graduate of Loyola Blakefield in Towson, Md. He received his undergraduate degree in 2008, and his doctorate degree of physical therapy in 2011 from Wheeling Jesuit University in Wheeling. He is employed as a physical therapist.
A reception was held at the Pine Room at Oglebay Resort.
The couple honeymooned in the Outer Banks. They reside in West Virginia.
